1. Returns

We accept returns on products within 30 days of the purchase date, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Unused and Unopened Products: Products must be returned in their original condition, unopened, and unused.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to process a return. This can be your order confirmation email or any document that verifies the transaction.
  • Non-Perishable Items: Due to the nature of food items, we are unable to accept returns for perishable products once they have been opened or if the product is damaged in any way.

2. Refunds

If you meet the return criteria and your return is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note the following:

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item(s).
  • Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged items).
  • Restocking Fees: We reserve the right to apply a restocking fee for returned items that are not in their original condition or that are opened and not defective.

3. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return procedure above. Once we receive the returned product, we will send out a replacement item at no additional charge, depending on product availability.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or contains a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for a full refund or replacement. To expedite the process, please provide the following:

  • Your order number or proof of purchase
  • A brief description of the issue

We will cover the cost of return shipping for damaged or defective items.
